Shwastik Tech Solutions was founded in 2024. Within a year we were the technology partner of a 1,200-bed government medical college and hospital. We have grown deliberately since, because the work we take on has to be supported for years.
Who we are
We build for places where software has to work the first time.
A registration counter at a government medical college does not have a fallback. If the system is slow at nine in the morning, a queue of several hundred people forms in the corridor. That constraint shapes how we build: simple screens, predictable performance, and offline behaviour that degrades gracefully rather than losing a day's records.
It also shapes who we hire. Our engineers spend time on site — in wards, at fee counters, in dispatch rooms — before they design anything. The best decisions on every project we have shipped came from watching someone do the job by hand.
We are a private limited company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and recognised under MSME. We take on fewer engagements than we could, because every system we deliver is one we expect to still be maintaining in five years.

Incorporated
Shwastik Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was registered with a small team of engineers, taking on web and custom software work for local businesses.
First enterprise delivery
Delivered our first enterprise project on schedule, which turned into our first long-term maintenance relationship — the model we have followed since.
Technology partner to DMCH
Became the technology partner of Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital, building a hospital management platform now covering 35 modules and over a million patient records.
Product suite and AI practice
Launched our packaged products — billing, attendance, payroll, school and hospital management — alongside a dedicated AI and machine learning practice.
Nationwide delivery
Serving over 50 organisations across India, with remote delivery for clients elsewhere and abroad.

These are not posters on a wall. Each one costs us something, which is how you know we mean them.
Say what it will actually cost
We quote after discovery, not over the phone, and we do not win work by underpricing it and recovering the difference in change requests later.
Own the whole lifecycle
Discovery, build, deployment, training and maintenance are all ours. There is no point in the project where responsibility transfers to a vendor you have never met.
Build for the person at the counter
The people who use these systems are usually not the people who buy them. We design for the clerk working through a queue, not for the demo.
Leave you able to walk away
You own the source code and can export your data in open formats at any time. Lock-in is not a business model we are interested in.
