Delivery
Nothing here is unusual. It is simply written down, so you know what to expect and when to expect it.
We spend time with the people who will use the system and map what happens today — including every workaround and paper register. You get a written scope and a fixed quote.
Screens, data model and integrations agreed before code is written. You click through a prototype rather than approving a specification you have to imagine.
Two-week increments on a staging environment you can log into whenever you like. Every release is code-reviewed and tested against the workflows from discovery.
Data migration, on-site training and a staged rollout, then monitoring, backups and a support line. We stay involved after go-live, because that is when the real issues appear.
